Marketing Specialist

What will your tasks be?

• Create “noise” around the company, support its communication strategy by cooperating directly with the publishing media, portals, startup conventions, sport & entertainment related media and business portals 
• Develop creative and effective quarterly marketing plans based on multiple cooperation agreements with sport related portals, blogs, groups, events & publications
• Support sales team & content specialist with the material, ideas & push towards better company profiling 
• Provide constructive feedback to continuously improve the sales & marketing process and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and client feedback to adjust approaches and strategies.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

What the ideal candidate should have?

• A self-starter mentality with a creative approach to problem-solving and sales.
• Proven at least 2 year experience in marketing or similar job position (education is not a priority; results and attitude are!).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams.
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback to constantly improve and grow.
• Experience in Sports, OTT, SaaS, or digital content distribution is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Polish  with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly.

What is our usual recruitment process?

• You send your application
• After initial amazement caused by your stunning set of qualities, we proceed to reach out for a short adjustment call (30 min)
• Next station –  technical interview. You’ll get to know more about us and how great you’ll fit in (60 min)
• Last but definitely not least – you’ll meet up with a Hiring Manager to talk about you career path – the experience you both have and want to collect. We’ll get to verify whether our company is the perfect fit for your development (30-60 min)
