Sales Director
Remote (Wrocław, Poland)
TISA is looking for a creative, forward-thinking Sales Director who is passionate about delivering results and leading from the front.
In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to shape our sales strategy, challenge existing approaches, and build a path for growth. We want someone with a strong sense of ownership, who isn’t afraid to bring their ideas to the table, and who can lead a team with vision, motivation, and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a growing sales team to meet ambitious revenue goals and expand TISA’s products platform client base (OTT, Content Management Platform, Technical Services)
- Develop and execute bold, creative sales strategies tailored to our target markets (media, sports, entertainment, etc.).
- Cultivate relationships with high-level decision-makers and key clients.
- Foster a results-oriented sales culture, encouraging team members to build their own path, take initiative, and think creatively.
- Provide actionable and constructive feedback to the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and internal teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals and product vision.
- Develop a structured reporting process to monitor sales performance and adapt strategies as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading sales teams with a track record of delivering results (no specific degree required—success and leadership matter most).
- Creative and independent thinker who can develop innovative sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, with a strong sense of self-awareness.
- Highly motivated, with a go-getter attitude and a desire to challenge the status quo.
- Experience in Sports, OTT, SaaS, or digital content distribution is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track performance and client engagement.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
