The process of implementing WICKET, a CIAM tool, is a part of the ongoing digital transformation of the club. Legia’s need to collect, store, integrate and classify first- and third-party data in order to enhance & personalise communication with their fans made TISA come up with a solution tailored to their needs.

CHALLENGE

Legia Warszawa collects various data with the help of numerous programs and systems. Similarly, like all the other major sports clubs in the world, Legia needs to sell tickets, provide online fanstore to the supporters, run loyalty programs, implement solutions based on tokenisation and collect GDPR consents from their consumers.

However, before WICKET was implemented, Legia had lacked the tool to integrate & classify all of the data and consents they received. Therefore, the change in this matter was essential to allow them (and their partners!) to use the data effectively. 

The challenge for TISA was to create a CIAM [Consumer Identity Access Management] tool that will allow Legia Warszawa to optimise their operations. That is when WICKET started making the wanted difference!
